Hello,
I am really happy you found my site interesting. What I present here is my professional and scientific output, present tasks and reflections concerning current events and academic, political and other phenomena.
I am the professor of Pedagogical University in Cracow and my basic workplace is the Institute of Political Science of PU where I am in charge of the University Chair of Local Government and Local Communities. I teach at specializations such as: Political Science, Administration and International Relations. I am also the supervisor of Master’s and doctoral thesis.
I graduated from History Studies at Wroclaw University in 1986, and then in 1993 I defended doctoral thesis concerning the most current history at the History Institute at Wroclaw University.
In 2003 I qualified myself as assistant professor at Faculty of International and Political Studies at Jagiellonian University in the field of study of politics. In 2011, I was awarded the academic title of professor in humanities conferred by the President of the Republic of Poland
I live in Cracow, Bronowice district. In my free time I enjoy cycling and walking around Cracow and surrounding areas.
My most recent hobby is this site. In different bookmarks of this website you will find information about my supervisors and colleagues. I publish here some instructions on how to write a thesis and I enable using my papers, articles, books and multimedia presentations. In the “Blog” bookmark I present my own comments.
